  • Pricing differs based on pet type and time allotted for a booking. Please refer to the booking page for more specific pricing.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially for holidays and peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule.

  • Cancellations made 4–5 days in advance are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.
    Cancellations made 3 days or less before the booking will be charged a $10 flat fee plus $5 per canceled booking.
    This policy helps us manage scheduling and availability fairly.
